My wife and I are enjoying the 0% gins from Gordon's Tanqueray and Sipsmith which are so refreshing with any tonic. Neither of us misses the alcoholic kick either.

You're right. If you make them up properly with loads of ice and a slice you'd hardly knowthe difference. I really like the Sipsmith Freeglider in particular

Yes, our (great) minds think alike, it does prove that it is the Juniper and the botanicals that make the drink. We also like the Sipsmith Freeglider.

North Carolina Iced Tea (sweet tea).

Cold Tea, honey, pepper corns, cloves, orange zest. Cool and drink with lots of ice and lemon slices.

Bourbon and Campari to taste if you want 👍😊

I remember having iced tea in a dry county in Kentucky which always struck me as a bit ironic given it was the heart of the whiskey industry. But it WAS good!

For non alcohol, Addams Ghost Ship 0.5, and Waitrose low alcohol cider are both good. Otherwise continue with wine but smaller glasses and drink water in parallel.

Agree - alcohol-free beers are great in this weather. So many good ones nowadays

Ice, water with ice, Rose with ice, chilled Radler- and salad.

I LOVE Radler (which is basically a shandy for those of you unfamiliar with the term)

Fresh and ice cold white wines, rebujitos ( fino sherry, sprite, mint leaves over ice), white port and tonic.

BIG rebujito fan too! Perfect for this weather!

Pimms obv! But much better if not too sweet. So ditch the lemonade and use either a good quality tonic or soda water. 70/30 with some ginger ale. Delicious!

Indeed it is! Thanks for demonstrating that at first hand 😂

Summer, for me, is the time for rosé and chilled light reds - a Côte de Brouilly, maybe. And champagne, of course. Tchin-tchin!

Yes, I love a chilled red like a Brouilly too

Hi all

Cider with plenty of ice or Gin and tonic in a large glass with loads of ice does for me.

Ice cold water on the side to keep the hydration up.

All the best

Agree. People don't tend to put enough ice in their drinks!

Ice cold white wine. From fridge to 40 mins in freezer. But balanced with plenty of soft drinks to keep the hydration up.

Good strategy!
