When the weather is as good as it has been over the past couple of days in the UK it’s hard to think of a better place to be, especially in the idyllic countryside of Devon and Sussex.

This week’s Friday 5 shares two places I’d go back to in a heartbeat. Come to that two places I’ve been before and loved. One of them the location of the some of the best roast chicken I’ve ever eaten.

Still on the kimchi trail I’m astonished at the number of ways you can incorporate it into more familiar foods, my latest being kimchi baked potatoes.
