I have to admit, I do like a traditional Scotch Egg, so that's what I would add to a celebratory picnic!! Have a great BH long weekend. Lucy

Ha ha, I was actually going to say that myself, but thought I ought to show willing a someone who teaches cookery! I have found that putting the sausage meat onto cling film and using that to help mould around the eggs helps things to go more smoothly!!!

Should have said that the pic at the top of the post is the bacon and egg pie. Which should - hopefully - be obvious but you never know 😉
