Hello again - and happy new year! I just wanted to say another big thank you for this. I was lucky enough to get Frontières for Christmas and it’s a gem of a book - not only a stack of great recipes but some great cultural and historical context as well. And the quatre épicé ham yesterday was stellar! Thanks again. Tim

Many thanks for this - such a great list and a great idea to categorise as you have.

I have Frontières on the Xmas wish list (along with Gohan, which looks just lovely). You mention the quatre-epices ham with baked potatoes and choucroute for New Year’s Day ... Any chance of a peek at the ingredients to make sure the larder is appropriately stocked?
