Marvellous. Since we've been doing "van life" and haven't had access to an oven, I've missed making bread and homemade pizzas. however I discovered this supermarket concept of the "flatbread" which I've been using and augmenting with my favourite flavours. This sounds superb!

Recipes by accident are the best. It is why I started a blog over 10 years ago, as a way of recording these little tit bits to share. Unfortunately that blog is long buried in the internet archives so Substack has allowed me to start afresh and start making lots more snackccidents.

Excellent! And you might even find you can import some of your old posts into Substack? Think there's a facility to do that
