I hope you managed to get in a visit to Ktima Gerovassiliou, at Epanomi near Thessaloniki - an absolutely brilliant experience. For me, they make the best Viognier I've ever tasted; but they were also primarily responsible for reintroducing Malagousia, and theirs is properly aromatic. Their Avaton red blend is first class. They have a corkscrew museum at the vineyard as well, which is a serious collection and totally fascinating.
