Ooh...that French Onion Soup looks interesting - I like the deconstructed look. I like all things cherry - especially a clafouti (vegan I'm afraid)...and I was in Abruzzo two weeks ago - I agree, outstanding wines for a good price!

I loved the French onion soup as well, and I'd love a recipe for one or two since I'm on my own and I'd something where I don't have a load of leftovers. I tried an onion soup recipe a couple of years ago to treat myself for Christmas, and it was awful, despite me following each step and having been cooking since I was six. I couldn't believe how poorly it turned out, so I'd love to see a suggestion from you.
