Hi Fiona, I love this idea! I'm in Italy and have to admit I'm a bit unadventurous in my wine choices, I like sparkling wine and I can find lots of it here...so it's what I stick to.
Nevertheless, as a bistro owner, I feel I should be better informed about wine...so very happy to join in.
I do think a couple of questions from you to focus on would be a good way to kick off the first session. Wednesday is currently good for me too 😜
Will be great to see you in person, Lucy! How about bringing along a pinot nero if you can lay your hands on one? (You don't have to have tried it beforehand - just one you'd think looks like it might be interesting!)
