Great choices on your list. I have always thought that Falanghina, Albariño, Toronttes, Gruner Veltliner and Verdejo are great alternatives for anyone stuck in a rut too.
They ARE and great choices on a wine list too with maybe the exception of Torrontes which has a floral character not everybody loves. (Great with ceviche though!)
Agreed! I think people who like the head-snapping aroma of Sauvignon Blanc might like Torrontes. It’s also great with Thai food and light Indian curries.
The amount of people who have asked for wine recommendations after that fabulous morning spent with you x
Forward the email to them then 😉
Great overview of choices...and it reminded me of how much I love a good Ligurian Vermentino
Oh me too and you find it in the south of France as Rolle!

Super-chill[ed] fino and manzanilla in summer! Pairs with anything! I'm a Jerez evangelist :-)
Oh me too! But not for everyone
(BOAST: I made a recent and unexpected convert to the Church!)
👍🏻
Quite literally the only wine I drink! I can’t stand red bc of the tannen // bitter taste!!
