A quick midweek supper for anchovy lovers

As a change from the wall-to-wall Morocco coverage here’s the next recipe in my series of recipes for one or two which I’ve managed to upload on my ancient Mac back home. I’m just off to the Apple Store for what I suspect will be a painful few hours, both timewise and financially 😱.
