Well it’s been a busy old week with two masterclasses last weekend and our monthly online wine tasting yesterday. It was lovely to see so many of you in person.

Apologies for the missing link to the aperitif session - there was a problem emailing some of you I’m trying to get to the bottom of but I *think* I managed to make a recording. I’m going to send out an aperitif special sometime this week and share what you were drinking too. 

I’m also slap in the middle of the spring wine tasting circuit so I’ve got some new recommendations from Waitrose for you. (And the best of Lidl’s wine Tour next week. Sign up if you don’t want to miss that!)

I also had one of the best Chinese meals of my life. ACTUALLY ONE OF THE BEST MEALS EVER. The chef Andrew Wong has two Michelin stars and will get a third, mark my words. (Warning. It’s wallet-busting though …)
