The problem with online these days is that there’s just too much information.

Which I’m just about to add to but hopefully in a helpful way. Basically to answer the question for those of you who haven’t yet decided (and I do appreciate it’s quite late in the day) what to make this weekend. And what to drink with it. 

I actually wrote a post a couple of years ago that I think on re-reading is hard to improve on and there’s no point in reinventing the wheel so you could just go straight to that or read on for some other suggestions.
