Talk about coming down to earth with a bump. After three weeks swanning around Scotland it’s been back to the day job and the less than glamourous business of shopping, cooking and clearing up.
Actually the cooking bit is OK especially when I gave a recipe from Sabrina Ghayour’s new book Persiana Everyday a whirl.
The thing I love about her recipes is that they’re low on effort and big on flavour. I chose the sage butter, feta and black pepper pasta because I happened to have all the ingredients in my storecupboard and fridge and it took no time at all to rustle up. You can find the recipe at the bottom of this newsletter.
