Posting from Paris … (and the latest wine buys from Lidl)

Actually that’s a cheeky bit of clickbait - I’ve actually been on a flying - or rather Eurostarred - visit for a champagne dinner (with Champagne Mumm) but am in essence passing through.

I mean if someone takes you to Paris, it doesn’t make sense to spend less than 24 hours there does it?

I was originally going to stay on in Paris but am now heading down to the Auvergne to one of my absolutely favourite places in France to hang out with some friends who coincidentally happen to be there this weekend.
