Queen of (breakfast) puddings
(and your last chance to grab that 33% discount on an annual sub)
Every so often someone confesses to eating leftover dessert - particularly crumble - for breakfast. Even though I seldom do - mainly because I rarely make puddings - the idea definitely appeals.
But why not take it a stage further and make a pudding specifically for breakfast? The one I’m specifically thinking of is Queen of Puddings which basically includes the same ingredients as pancakes but somehow looks and feels much more decadent - exactly what we need to cheer us up at this slightly depressing time of year as I suggested the other day.
If you’d like the recipe, which I’ve modified from an old Katie Stewart version from the ‘70s, along with other new recipes, my top restaurant and wine tips, cookbook giveaways and to join in our monthly wine tastings - take advantage of the 33% discount on an annual subscription until midnight tomorrow* which brings the cost down to £28.14 ($34.82) a year or just over 50p (66 cents) a week.
Or just give it a whirl and subscribe for a month for £4.50 ($5.56)
*I think I originally said tonight but thought today was the 6th 🙄 So you’ve got till 11.59pm tomorrow UK time to take advantage.
